I worked outside for hours on this, and then left my computer for just a moment. When I returned, I discovered that an unexpected afternoon shower had caused all the colors to run together!       (Ok, not really!)

It's really challenging to find coloring algorithms that will play nicely with deep zooms, so I cheated. There's one layer of structure and 13 layers of texture, color, and masking.
